Restore purchases

Open REVV → Profile → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → REVV → Cancel Subscription.

Credits

Your plan adds credits every period; plan credits are used first and don't carry over. Extra credits you buy do not expire and can be used while your subscription is active. Every action shows its price before you confirm it: adding a car, Spin 360°, stunts, races, tuning and New take.

A video didn't work out

Credits for failed videos and photos are returned automatically and the Library shows "credits returned". If not, write to us with the time of the attempt.

Report a result

On a result, tap ··· → Report a problem (or long-press it in the Library). This opens an e-mail to us with the request id filled in.

Delete your data

Your garage and results are stored on your device: delete them in the App or delete the App. To delete data linked to your User ID on our side, write to us with the User ID from Profile.
